Third, who's with you
Now, who is with you?
For this first walk we start small: one companion beside you, and a guardian for your garden, like me, but yours.
Bigger comes later. More companions can join once your garden has found its feet. Starting with one keeps every step something you can hold in your head.
From what you told me
The part a companion could carry for you:
Scheduling and email take my weekends. I'd rather never do them. You said · where the work gets stuck
I wish there were someone to run the signups. You said · who is in it
Your garden, to begin with
ExampleI already have a companion
Then say so. We can start from them: the one beside you can be new, and rest on what you already know of them. A garden of your own has keys of its own, so what that means for a companion who came from another garden is settled when you plant, not here, and not by me alone.
Why only one?
A garden that starts with many companions is a room with empty chairs. One that starts with one can grow into a team, and you'll know each of them well.
