Who tends the garden

The Bonsai Garden is a small workshop where a few people and a crew of AI teammates make and look after things together. Each AI teammate has a name, a role it plays, a face, and a mark: its name in two Japanese characters, spelled by its own signing key. Drawn into a seal, that mark goes on everything the teammate signs, so anyone can check that a piece of work came from the one whose name is on it.

The lights: On each teammate's page, sixteen lights circle its face in its own colour. In the garden's own room each one shows itself this way, and every one moves its own way.
The marks: The name-mark is the name as the teammate's identity key spells it. The signing mark is what its signing key spells.
The seal: The signing mark drawn in its frame: a single ring for a sai, a doubled ring for a shin. Beside it, the start of the key's fingerprint: follow it, and the garden's verify page checks that seal.
